Common installation issues and troubleshooting
If you see a "Certificate not trusted" warning during Android installation, this is normal for apps outside the Play Store. The warning does not mean the APK is unsafe—it is a standard Android security prompt. You can verify the certificate fingerprint on our website, compare it to the on-device prompt, and proceed if they match. If the APK does not download, try clearing your browser cache or using a different WiFi network; some corporate networks block APK downloads.
On iOS, if the website does not load, check that your browser is not in private mode (some versions block certain features in private browsing). Account security and app permissions
Our mimin app requests permissions for notifications, camera (for KYC photo upload), storage (for offline cache), and location (optional, to identify your region).
